But you guys gotta promise to keep it going - we can take turns, k?

First Drabble "Contest"

(can be double, triple, whatever if you like)

Use the following words *consults Old West Dictionary*

Ace-in-the-hole*, varmint, dogie, tenderfoot

Let the Plotting Begin!

I'm not sure what sort of time frame we should set on these - two weeks sound about right? Then somebody else can come up with some sort of contest - more drabbles, icons, short stories, whatever.

*This officially now counts as ONE word!

Is ace-in-the-hole one word or four, please?

I should have known that without asking.

And I think it's a great idea. (I'm not very good with languages, though)

All the words in the same story, or just pick which one you want? :)

All in the same drabble? That'll be difficult, you varmint.

How long is a drabble?

Since I don't drabble I should probably butt out, but dogie, when referring to cattle, has one g, whatever that dictionary might say. ;-)

Just sayin'.

I like "dogie" as a slang term, but my favorite bit on that subject is in the pilot where the bartender goes "They'll be drivin' them beeves..." and every time I just go "BEEEEEEVES?" I mean, I know it's a term they used, but the way he says it makes me laugh every time.

I can't even actually remember anyone saying "dogies" in the series ...
