Question on Amnesty Fic

I was wondering if there were any fics out there that depict the amnesty going through and the immediate outcome. I know there are some out there that take place years later, but I'm more interested in how others handle it.

(One of the things I missed in the Prison Break finale was the public reaction to their pardons)

I know of at least one. You can find it on the ASJ Fan Fiction Forum in the thread called The Monthly Story Challenge in forum called The Writing Spot.
