I guess I posted already before saying Hi.

I'm tigerlily0 and I was too young to see AS&J when it originally aired. I discovered the show in high school (around 1980, give or take) when it was aired on a local TV station as part of a bunch of westerns reruns they used to air on Saturday afternoons. I loved it. About 5 years later, after college, I was able to watch it again when it was on CBN around 1986-87. I haven't seen it since then.

Then a couple months ago, someone started up an AS&J thread at TWoP and it was mentioned there that the season 1 DVDs were coming out in February 2007. Ooh, I thought, I have to get those, I loved that show. So I ordered them, and when they came I went looking for a community at LJ, and here you guys are. Hi.

I'm a Ben Murphy / Kid Curry lover. Like everyone else, I think, I hated the Roger Davis episodes and just don't even want to watch them. I don't know how many of you have watched The O.C. but Heyes and Curry really remind me of Seth and Ryan (I'm a Ryan lover, too. Can't get enough of those pretty-boy blonds with a violent streak, I guess :-)).

ETA: I was just reading about Pete and found out that he was born in Rochester, NY, and grew up in Penfield. I was born in Rochester, NY, and at the time of my birth my family was living in Penfield! (We moved to Massachusetts when I was about 1 year old, though.) Cool! :-)
