This was a sweet little interlude between robberies, and a nice chance to see what the gang did between jobs. I like the cocky and flighty Luther - you nailed the typical teenager! Kid's reactions are just what you'd expect from his character, as is the fact that Heyes is oblivious to what's going on now that he has his ***safe plans*** (insert adoring sigh from one smartass safe cracker here).
Yeah, the final scene rocks. Our Boys are loving without being mushy, just as they were on the show. A hand on the shoulder, an arm across the back - to them, those are loving embraces.
